1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. For COD orders, our team will call / WhatsApp you for confirmation. If we don't get confirmation, your order will be on hold.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-6 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 6-8 Business Days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather or festivals.
3. Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all Prepaid Orders above Rs 499
- Flat Rs 49 Shipping on COD Orders
- FLAT 10% Instant Discount on ALL Prepaid Orders
4. How to Track Your Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered Email ID and WhatsApp number. You can also track from our website - Track Order page.
5. What if I miss delivery?
Courier will try 2-3 times. If you miss, order will be marked RTO. Please ensure your phone is reachable.
